I am an ACA Level 3 registered Mental Health Counsellor with postgraduate training in counselling completed in Melbourne, Victoria.

I offer recovery-oriented support and place strong emphasis on creating a safe, respectful, and collaborative therapeutic space where clients feel heard and supported. I have experience supporting adults experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional distress, and complex life stressors, including through tele-health and structured recovery-based programs.

With an undergraduate background in physiology, I bring an understanding of the mind–body connection into my counselling practice. I work primarily from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and client-centred counselling, supporting individuals to build insight, resilience, and practical coping strategies that align with their goals.
